We use Pallet line for most Uk deliveries for our Burners, Ovens and large architectural pots  . The cost of packing and delivery to Most england mainland destinations is now included in our list price ,for deliveries to Scotland, Cornwall, or any off shore accounts a surcharge will apply at time of shipping. All deliveries are curbside between 9 and 5 pm usually on a friday and a signature will be required, delivery dates are confirmed before delivery to ensure that there will be someone home. If items are delivered and no one is home then the Haulier may charge for a re delivery.

The Palletline truck is an 18ton ridged with tail lift ,this is about the same size as a large council refuse collection truck ,please be sure to notify us of any access issues ,narrow lanes or weight limits as we can not be held responsible for non delivery should there be any access issues.

It is the drivers responsibility to remove your purchase from his truck with a pump truck and take it as far onto your property as possible however pump trucks do not work on grass and gravel or up and down steps .Should you have any of these conditions then the delivery will be curbside and it will be up to yo to arrange the moving of your purchase onto your property.

please note that under the drivers union rules they are not allowed to lift more than 20 kg so they will be unable to help lift or unpack your purchase.

Our burners and ovens are shrink wrapped onto a pallet using clear plastic giving an excellent view of the product ,please ensure that you check the product for damage at the time of delivery as you will be unable to claim for damages against the haulier on items signed for. Please note items signed for as UNCHECKED will be taken to have been delivered in good order

Smaller items will be posted by parcel force standard mail on a 3-5 day service this cost is included to england mainland destinations , for scotland and offshore destinations a surcharge may apply.
