This fantastic little accessory fits into the top of our domestic wood burning oven  It has a multi use firstly it supports the lid of the top of theoven allowing the smoke to pass around the lid. Secondly you can use it as a support for a frying pan wok or griddle  or ban marie allowing you to use the heat venting from the chimney .

This item is not used if you are fitting flue pipes.
