This is our large comercial insulated mobile oven mounted onto a trailer

Just the basics no frills just a fantastic oven on a trailer that meets with curent legislation

The trailer that we use is a 1.4 ton braked indespention 6ft trailer complete with heavy duty jocky wheel and spare wheel

The oven is mounted on a sturdy galvanised steel frame with a stainless steel cap and trim

large comercial mobile oven and insulated dome with mounting weigh in at aprox 750 kg so it can be towed by almost any commercial van

oven capacity dependant on number of people making them

the oven will cook a maximum of 5x10" pizza at a time and cook a thin base neopolitana pizza in under 90 seconds

In the middle june 2011 one of my customers running one of theise ovens at a festival and cooked 1300 pizzas in 3 days

For the Pizza Oven, this is a big dial oven thermometer. Simply slide to the very back of the oven and read the position of the big red dial. I find "10 o'Clock" great for slow roast casarols or ceftico, "12 o'Clock" for normal roasting and "2 o'Clock for pizzas and grilling.
