To protect completely against Spaulding cover your Burner when dry with an old blanket and then with the hibernation cover.remember to remove all sand and ash from the bace of the burner and cover the burner when dry .

For the Pizza Oven, this is a big dial oven thermometer. Simply slide to the very back of the oven and read the position of the big red dial. I find "10 o'Clock" great for slow roast casarols or ceftico, "12 o'Clock" for normal roasting and "2 o'Clock for pizzas and grilling.
