• We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Personal cheques must be accompanied by a cheque guarantee card
• All goods must be paid for in full prior to despatch.
• Goods can be collected from our factory near Kidderminster, Worcestershire, strictly by prior appointment only
• Direct to your door delivery can be arranged to most UK postcodes at a cost of £45.00 with the exception of the following postcodes, which will incur an extra £5.00 and £10.00 charge as follows:
  • DG, EH, G, FK, ML, KA, PH, PA1-19, TA, EX, PL, TQ, TR - add £5
  • DD and AB - add £10
    
• For postcode IV and all offshore destinations, prices will be quoted on request
• Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm on the day of delivery. Someone will need to be at home to accept delivery and sign to say the goods have been received in good condition
• If, for any reason, the driver arrives at the delivery address and there is no-one home, the goods will be taken back to the local distribution centre and an additional re-delivery charge will be incurred
• A two-hour window delivery time can be arranged for an additional charge of £15.00
• Please notify us when placing your order of any specific delivery instructions, i.e. narrow or unadopted roads, restricted access or any helpful directions. The delivery vans can be as large as a furniture removals truck.
• Your purchase is guaranteed against damage in transit. If there is any sign of damage in any away, simply refuse it, making it clear to the driver the reason for the refusal. A countersignature must be obtained from the driver to this effect on the copy of the delivery note. When notification of any damage is received to this office, we will then arrange for an immediate replacement.
• It is important that you check the product before signing for it, as the haulage insurance terminates with your signature
• Goods marked as 'unchecked' will be taken as received in good order
• It is the responsibility of the delivery driver for removing the product from his van/truck and placing it as close to the final destination as they can using a pallet truck. They are unable to move your purchase over uneven ground such as gravel, grass, cobbles or over any steps or lips, as the pallet truck is unable to cope with these obstacles.
• Your purchase will arrive shrink-wrapped in a clear, heavy-duty plastic, attached firmly to the pallet
• The driver is not responsible for unpacking the product or removing the pallets and packing material
• Dingle Senior and Junior are painted basic green
