We use Palletline for most UK Deliveries for our ovens and burners.

The cost of packaging and delivery to most England mainland destinations is now included in our list price. For deliveries to Scotland, Cornwall, or any offshore accounts, a surcharge may apply at time of shipping.

All deliveries are kerbside between 9-5pm, usually on a Friday and a signature will be required.

Delivery dates are confirmed before delivery to ensure that there will be someone home. If items are delivered and no one is home then the Haulier may charge for a re-delivery.

The Palletline Truck is an 18 Tonne, ridged with a tail-lift. Please notify us of any access issues ie narrow lanes or weight limits, as we cannot be held responsible for non delivery should there be any access issues.

It is the driver's responsibility to remove your purchase from his truck with a pump truck and take it as far onto your property as possible. However pump trucks do not work on grass and gravel or up and down steps. Should you have any of these conditions then the delivery will be kerbside and it will be up to you to arrange to get your purchase onto your property.

Please note that under the driver's union rules they are not allowed to lift more than 20kg so they will be unable to help lift or unpack your purchase.

Our ovens and burners are shrink wrapped onto a pallet using clear plastic giving an excellent view of the product. Please ensure that you check the product for damage at the time of delivery as you will be unable to claim for damages against the haulier on items signed for. Please note items signed for as UNCHECKED will be taken to have been delivered in good order. 

Accessories will be delivered free of charge when dispatched and packaged with large items that already have haulage charges included.

Smaller items will be posted by Parcel Force Standard Mail on a 3-5 day service. Any additional postage and packing will be charged at check out. Price will depend on the weight of the item.
